Jolie's Proclamations for 2011

I was inspired by a friend last year when he wrote his manifesto for the year. I always have my ideas of how I want to live better and do more for others but never really made it public. I guess out of fear of failure. I usually do this in September. I am not sure why September but it just always seems to flow at that time of the year for me. This year I fell in love in September and have spent the last 3 months finding balance in this amazing relationship. So here I am in the cliche time of the year preparing my thoughts for the year to come~2011.

I sat with the title "Manifesto" and it seemed so rigid. When I looked up the exact meaning of the word, it had "government agency" in the definition. Funny to me, as one of my new ways to rise above in the new year was to move away from "agencies", so I needed a new title. As I proclaim my vision, my purpose and worth, it did not include the definition of manifest, as I already own all that I am about to proclaim, it is now that I make it pubic. I no longer live in fear, so I proclaim!

Personally~

I vow to be a better woman. A better woman to myself and in turn to my lover. To always show up as a feminine soul to match his masculine being. To release control and allow the flow of our balanced love. To feed and nourish him from my well of self nourished love and abundance on all levels and to open to his reciprocation. I will make more love and laugh more often.

I vow to be a better woman to other women. To never speak ill of another woman and to uplift her as I uplift myself. To hold a space of sanctuary in my heart and my studio that all women may feel supported and nourished just as I nourish myself.

I vow to be more effective on my recycling and to honor mother earth and her energy in all that I do. To leave a lighter footprint by less consumption and by eating local whole foods.

I vow to live more minimally.

I vow to treat my body with love and respect.

Philanthropically~

I vow to grow the philanthropic portion of my school, Sassy Seva Sisters, so that all women and chidren are supported through movement, music and art. By supporting the women, I know the men will flourish. I vow to support women in business and allow them to grow their business through the gifts of my school. I support all women bringing their children to work and offer them the freedom to tend to their children in their work day.

Professionally~

l vow to finish my book, The Unconventional Yogini. Through the wisdom of my book, I will create deeper modules of trainings, offering support of emotional release of old patterns and neurosis that no longer serve us as a collective. My book is an offering not only to my mentor, but most importantly as a gift to myself and all those that need or desire the teachings.

I vow to continue to uphold the standards of the midwifery model of childbirth and lifestyle by advocating natural childbirth, attachment and natural parenting as well as well woman care without unnecessary interventions. I will continue the vision and success of Hot Mama Yoga, and the trainings for those that wish to uphold the vision as teachers and facilitators supporting the empowerment of prenatal and postnatal women.

I vow to grow the teen programs, teaching abstinence, self esteem and self respect so that the boys will respect them also.

My school will no longer adhere to standards or accredidations set forth by government agencies or otherwise that do not reflect authentic standards of business. I will no longer give the energy of money to those that do not support my proclamations.

In closing, I open my sanctuary that all may find refuge in the offerings I have. I open my mind that spirit will continue to fill me with the offerings that have shown me the light of spirituality. I open my body that I may continue to become a filters for others to see that light. I open my heart so that my heart may open me.

I look forward to sharing my love & passion in 2011.

'Nature's Whisper Yoga News & Updates!'

'Nature's Whisper Yoga News & Updates!'

And the petals of the flower fall to the earth

OM!

Life is flourishing here in Uptown San Diego! I never thought I would enjoy living in the city as much as I am enjoying it. I have this amazing space that I am able to offer up to the community and this community is so giving! I am meeting new people everyday that just blow me away with their compassion, resilience and determination to live a happier, healthier life.

My move back it hasn't all been peaches and cream. I have endured some deep loss of people I thought were friends and in the process had to take a really deep look at myself as a person and the great awareness of what it really means to be authentic. It is my catch line of late, but part of me began to wonder if it was actually a punchline delivered straight from the ethers of the divine to my heart.

I have come to the open ended conclusion that it all has to do with expectations of others. You see I asked the divine to show me people for who they really are so that I could move forward in authenticity with those that support me and the work that I am here to do. They showed me who they were, it just wasn't what I wanted to see. So there it is for me once again to get right this time, "expectations are predetermined resentments". I have a vision and if those that are sharing in my visionary circle are not playing true to themselves, they will not have the force behind them to offer to others that which they desire to offer. So one by one they fell away. It was like a flower left in the vase too long. Each day I found an old petal had fallen to the floor. Still beautiful in its own right to be a part of the flower previously, but no longer pulling from the juice that I had watered it with in the beginning. A true letting go for me giving new meaning to my favorite affirmation "I release the old to make room for the new".

So it is from this place that I re-evaluate the visionary team. I open my space back up and allow those that want to fully grow into who they truly already are and continue to love and worship each for who they are, myself included.

If you would like to be a part of the visionary team, Sassy Seva Sisters or take yoga classes in exchange for helping out in the studio or my office, please contact me directly by reply.

Please share with yourself this excerpt from my book, The Unconventional Yogini as an idea of what it means to be truly authentic first with yourself so you may better show up for others. It is from the chapter called Lovers Love Love

My saving grace through this transition moving back to town from the bay area and the deep loss of those I thought were true friends, has been the babies that come each week to do Hot Mama Buddha Baby Yoga. I find such joy, not just in my weekly snuggles of the amazing little gifts of god, but also in the wisdom of women that walk through my door. All the sharing that goes on and the opportunity I am given to share that which I intuitively know about mom & baby. Such an amazing community and play groups growing from these classes. I am equally indulging in the pregnant mamas with the joy of their changing bodies and the information that flows from me in both the Hot Mama Yoga classes and the Hot Mama Yoga Teacher Training that is currently in session. I recently wrote an article for Natural Baby Pros called World Peace Begins in the wOMb~yogic sound as preparation for birth. I know I am on the right path when the calls are coming in about when the next training is. I am enthusiastic to already be planning the next session to start in the winter along with the Restorative Yoga Training. I am also extremely honored and humbled to be teaching in Soul of Yoga's advanced training along with some masters such as Tim Miller, Roger Cole, Brian Dorfman, Leslie Kaminoff and on and on..... I have such a great passion to share deeper training with others, expanding the lotus flower.

I hope you will join me in one of the expansions on some level. Please check out the offerings and come enjoy this space that I have created. You will find the studio schedule here and many other ways to expand by scrolling down.

I am teaching in the North San Diego County as well. You will find my schedule here You may also scroll down for full schedule.

I look forward to seeing your authentic self, no matter what that looks like!

With love from the depth of my soul.

Lovers Love Love~Unconventional Yogini

Bullet Points from my book: Unconventional Yogini. This chapter is called~Lovers love love.

They are not directly related to love relationships of the man and woman kind but of the human kind and un-kind. Here are a few things I have learned and find to be true.........and a few things I have learned and want to be true........

~It is OK to love even when you are not loved back

~ Staying open in love during times of pain is only painful if you do not stay open

~ Even exchange of energy is balance but balance is not always evenly exchanged

~ Friends are more important than money but not all friends understand this concept

~ To attract polarity in relationship you must actually permeate the opposite

~ I heard an "expert" say that happiness was a learned behaviour but I know that it is my true nature

~To stay juicy in your life you must be juicy in your body

~ To search for fulfillment is selfish, to remain open and a clear channel for others is boundless love

~ When I am not true to myself, it actually hurts those I love more than me

~ To be lonely is a victim, to be longing is a lover

~ All beings in my life are the mirror to my neurosis

~ Manipulation drives in the fast lane and exits at the opposite of what I desire and deserve

~ Just because it hurt then, doesn't mean it has to hurt now

~ Expectations are predetermined resentments

~ Patience is not a virtue, it is a necessity~divine timing

~ Love is not something you do, it is something you are

~ The true meaning of love is to be in love with all things at all times

I offer up to you, in this moment, some words that have come from my own personal practice and from the gift of sharing with you, dedicated practioners. This concept is from a portion of my book in progress, An Unconventional Yogini in a Conventional World.

World Peace begins in the wOMb

~ yogic sound as preparation for birth

by Jolie Cash

Her jaw is soft, her eyes are locked on those of her lover. As the surge rebounds from the last, she finds her exhale and begins to moan a long deep guttural “OM”. He catches her queue and begins to follow her sound as if he were being guided through the journey with her. Kristina fades; Mark continues to hold the tone so that the baby can still feel their connectedness through the vibration as she finds her place again now allowing him to guide her. With each moment the surges get deeper so she follows that energy down with her sound and allows that sound to move her hips as she is guided to dance the wave. The surge fades and she finds her breath once again.

In Hot Mama Prenatal Yoga I teach the integration of wisdom and intuition, in order to release the old to make room for the new. Removing any fear or inhibition around what “may” happen during the birth process supports the natural birth process. In nature when you watch an animal give birth, it does not stop to look around at who may be watching or think about who may be listening. They simply allow the moans from within to take over and the movement of the natural process of not only the pelvis opening but also moving to allow the baby to share in the process by its own movement. Kristina demonstrated the vibration of sound and movement to guide her and the baby into a spontaneous rhythm of riding the surges just as nature intends.

In Yoga the main line of energy runs though the center of the body (directly through the physical spine). We spend our time in yoga opening channels to allow that energy to flow upward to bring the kundalini (or serpent like energy of awakening) up the central channel, known as the Sushumna, to tap the bindu (a space located in the base of the brain that is said to be the place where the “nectars of samhadi”, or bliss, reside) Seemingly contrary to that process, in prenatal yoga, Hot Mama Yoga focuses not only on awakening the spiritual, since yoga asana (postures) naturally do this, but also on moving the energy down to a comfortable state of understanding the connection of the palette to the perineum. Hot Mama Prenatal Yoga classes include the use of sound as a way to connect the perineum with the palette as a main flow of energy in the birthing process (or the jaw with the hips for a more physical approach). By sharing breath and sound with movement in a safe, sacred, nurturing space, women become less inhibited during the birth process and more willing to follow their body along with the baby through the process.

The breath is also a very important focus in prenatal yoga as it becomes a main focus during the birthing process. Together with the breath, sound and movement is offered and thus places energy and attention to moves out of the mind and tight jaw to the pelvis, with the intention of utilizing the combination to relax the body and bring focus toward opening instead of contracting.

Try this exercise, an adaptation of my favorite exercise from the Birthing From Within method:

  • Place your hand in a bowl of ice water. Make sure it is really cold.
  • Allow your hand to sit there until it becomes painful and most likely numb. Be cautious not to cause harm by leaving it too long.
  • Now focus on that pain. See where your attention is and notice what part of your body is tight. Now take your attention right to the pain. Allow the breath to deepen.
  • Focus on the inhale. As you exhale open the mouth and make the sound of “aaaahhhhh”. Continue this for a few breaths.
  • On your next exhale allow the sound to change to “oooooooo’ as in the sound of “oooopen”. Notice where your energy and attention are now?
  • Practice this for a few more rounds and allow yourself to move into the pain until it becomes a part of your breath and the sound vibrates it to a peaceful place.
  • Then remove hand and place in a warm towel.

The purpose of adding the sound to the breath is not for distraction, it is to allow the vibration of the sound to facilitate the surge of “energy”. Many women think of labor as pain, and yes! It can be painful, but is it pain or is it “alive”? To allow that motion to continue in its course, again, you can facilitate it along with the intention of opening instead of contracting. And with the principles of the yogic teachings of energy, the main channel is directly related by the sound from palette and jaw to the pelvis, hips and perineum, thus allowing the opening to expand and the energy to move down as nature intended to the process of birth to do.

The process of birth is a rite of passage and a beautiful expression of prana (life energy), vibration and movement. By introducing this to a Hot Mama in a safe nurturing environment prior to birth, it empowers her to be fully who she needs to be during her process which in turn shares with the baby the permission to flow with the birth plan set out by the divine.

“Hot Mama Yoga is about empowering woman, their changing bodies, and through them, their partners and children. By empowering woman in their bodies during the most important time of their life, I feel that I can bring the consciousness back to the support of the sisterhood. Hot Mama Yoga is about bringing women back to the source of spiritual experiences through pregnancy and birth. A time in life that has been forgotten where women support women, where women sit in circles of women and remind each other of themselves when they forget. “

Jolie's Passion for Hot Mama Yoga & Buddha Baby

“Hot Mama Yoga is about empowering woman, their changing bodies, and through them, their partners and children. By empowering woman in their bodies during the most important time of their life, I feel that I can bring the consciousness back to the support of the sisterhood. Hot Mama Yoga is about bringing women back to the source of spiritual experiences through pregnancy and birth.
A time in life that has been forgotten where women support women, where women sit in circles of women and remind each other of themselves when they forget. “ ~Jolie Cash

Hot Mama Yoga began with Jolie’s vision of empowering the children. Jolie believes that world peace begins in the womb and in order to reach the children, Jolie began with the women as the main caretakers. Jolie also believes that all women deserve an empowered birth and through the understanding of their body and the energy that moves through them, that they can have a natural empowered spiritual experience through their birth.

Jolie's teaching focus is on the integration of wisdom and intuition, in order to release the old to make room for the new. The process of birth as a right of passage is a beautiful expression of this. She teaches a fluid style of yoga creating a garland of postures with the breath and sound. Prenatal classes include the use of sound as a way to connect the perineum with the palette as a main flow of energy in the birthing process (or the jaw with the hips for a more physical approach). By sharing sound with movement in a sacred space, the women become less inhibited during the birth process and more willing to follow their body along with the baby through the process.

Just as Hot Mama Yoga focuses on supporting pregnant woman as they venture into the right of passage of becoming a mother, Buddha Baby Yoga (postnatal with baby) shares the qualities of yoga for awareness of moms new body as well as bringing awareness to mom about baby through infant massage, mom and baby partner poses such as baby flips. Hot Mama Buddha Baby yoga supports the changing female body and encourages playgroups as an outlet for connecting with other mothers.

Jolie Cash, the director of Nature’s Whisper School of Yoga, the home of Hot Mama Yoga, is a DOULA (labor and birth support) that believes in natural birth, the experience of "natural" right of passage and supporting birth choices. Many of Jolie’s Hot Mama’s refer to her as the “Baby Whisperer” for her natural and intuitive ability to soothe a fussy baby. Jolie loves to focus on the digestion of a new baby and to share with the Mama’s ways of relieving an uncomfortable infant through baby massage, movement & nutritional support ideas.

Jolie’s mission is to hold the space and facilitate the opening of the body, heart and mind so as one, we may move forward in life without obstruction and become a filter for others to see the light of spirituality.

When Jolie isn’t teaching Hot Mama & Buddha Baby Yoga, she is training others how to teach yoga. She is a natural birth advocate, an author, inspiration speaker of empowering women and all around baby lover. Jolie also teaches regular workshops, Teacher Trainings and retreats throughout the United States. Among her most popular workshops are Listening for Nature's WhisperTM~a restorative yoga workshop and Empowering the Goddess Within~a women’s gathering.

A poetry "dump" on Inspiration~no editing allowed

Inspired by the people I surround myself with
So surrounded
The walls are closing in
Expanding inward, inward I may reverse into nothing
Opening outward and then I see the surrounding
There it is again, the inspiration that comes from every direction
It shows up when I am deflated
It leaves when I am full
It hovers until I am open enough to bring it back in
Why does it leave? I don't want it to
It only expires in my darkest place
When I don't trust the balance
When I question the light
It is in the balance that I find the inspiration once again
Then there you are, my inspiration in the form of those that surround me
So surrounded

Imagine A Woman

The Imagine A Woman series is based on a poem that was given to me during a time in my life that I was searching for the woman that I knew existed inside of me. It is called Imagine by Patricia Lynn Reily

The words brought me to my most inner power, allowing me to Imagine myself as this amazing woman that was already who I was. A simple reminder to move back to the wisdom that I came to this earth with.

In this series we will delve into the innate wisdom & pure authentic power that you too know exists within you!

We will journal, meditate, indulge in art as an outlet, move our bodies the way nature intends us to move and sit in circle with women of all ages and rhythms~honoring the maiden, mother & crone.

Sitting in a circle of women being reminded of yourself when you forget
as a resource of embracing your innate wisdom and most authentic self!

'Nature's Whisper Yoga Studio NOW OPEN in University Heights + NWSY News & Updates!'

March 2010 Newsletter & Event Updates
No matter how many times I edit................
correction: Friday is Prenatal NOT Postnatal at NWSY

'Nature's Whisper Yoga Studio NOW OPEN in University Heights + NWSY News & Updates!'

Enough with the fluff, show your stuff!

I was having lunch with her at Zinc Cafe about 7 years ago. Doing one of my moaning sessions of "why's". She looked at me, my amazing mentor, with her piercing blue eyes that not even the worlds best manipulator, moi, could tell a lie to, and she said..............

"You are holding this bag of jewels, it is the most amazing bag of jewels you would ever imagine and yet you keep them tied up in that fabulous bag that no one can see through. What would happen if you just turned that bag inside out and let all those jewels shine?"

I thought to myself, as I often did, "well I AM!!! I AM showing my jewels, to all those I teach!" As if she read my mind she said, "You are not shining who you REALLY are!"

A short time later I sat in front of a self proclaimed guru, bowed down to her in humility, or so I thought, and she cut through me with similar words. The clarity came to me in that moment. My understanding was, "I know who I am when I am on the mat or on my back. I know how to share my authentic self in making love and in teaching yoga, the two most vulnerable actions in my life. My two deepest offerings I know how to give. Why could I not show who I really was in ALL of my life?"

This question was pondered through many fires. It was not until I realized that ALL of me was not just OK but fabulous, did I RESPECT the opportunity to show who I was. It was not until I found, explored, acted upon and honored my dark nasty, naughty self, did I really give myself permission to be who I really am. It was not until I decided that just because this "dark" part of me exists, it does not write the story of who I strive to be.

The dark side of me has been my survival mechanism and for that I am alive and sharing these words with you today. It was my loving side that could hold the nastiest being, me, in my own arms and tell her that she will be OK on her path! I will be OK in this path! It was not until I realized that by being who I am that I would stop manipulating the world to get what I wanted and instead I would open to the universe to receive what was not only right for me but what was right for all beings. When I open to this, I see the control, I see the lack of trust and for that I surrender deeper into that place, where I used to use manipulation, to find the real journey of my guided way through being who I really am..........................
Sometimes naughty, sometimes hard, sometimes I shut it out, sometimes I eat pizza knowing my stomach will hurt, losing that consciousness that I know even when I know it will keep me "safe". Other times I am fully in my being and power offering all that I have to offer, feeling the pain of others suffering, receiving judgments as a mirror to the accuser that they too may find the truth of who they really are. All the while knowing that no matter what, I am being who I really am.

Let go of the control, ease into that place you might be ashamed of and find out what really ticks beneath all your sweet spiritual regurgitation. Understand who you are by letting the occasional "slip" be alive and OK so that you may do extreme noticing and shift it to a place that serves all beings. Just because we have a dark side does not mean you have to act upon it. But in order to know the balance you must know it exists.

In the Yoga Sutras II-55, Patanjali explains that in order to obtain enlightenment, one must relinquish the senses. Well in order to relinquish the senses, one must know what they are. Get in your body, feel who you are, all of you and only then may you fully be who you REALLY are...................
The good the bad & the dirty, but most likely, a beautiful bag of jewels that shine brighter than you can ever imagine!

From one imperfect being to another.

Honoring the crones in our life

There was a bitchy ol crone in line behind me at the local Hardware store (NOT Home Depot) I had mean thoughts toward her because she was just so nasty! When I left I felt badly for not sending her love instead. Then I came home to a post of a Facebook friend (whom I have not met) that lost her great grandmother at 101yrs old.

This is the advice her granny gave her: (a re-post honoring her passing yesterday)
"Always be aware of others and your surroundings."
"Be prepared, in whatever you choose to do and to do it well."
"Be humble."
"Love one another."
"Reach for the stars. Never be satisfied with the mediocre."
"Learn just one new thing each day and you will stay young forever."
"Time is precious and elusive. Waste it not."

Our crones are wise! I wish to not be nasty when I am a crone. Instead I want to share my wisdom like Cathy's Granny.

OM MANE PADME HUM!

Sassy Seva Sisters~giving back to women & children in need

Sassy Seva Sisters~a Group of women brought together to support women & children.

15 years ago when I found myself flattened by mother earth as a result of a pathetic attempt to survive, I made a commitment to myself to pass on the empowerment that my mother and mentor offered me in this time of need. Every time I offered to pay my mentor for the help, she would repeat "when you are ready, you will offer this to another woman in need".
The very philosophy that supported me picking myself up off the earth is what I am offering through the SASSY SEVA SISTERS.

In order to change the world we must educate our children about self empowerment and respect first for themselves and then in turn for all beings. In order to reach the children we also need to reach the women by encouraging self respect and empowerment. I begin this work by offering a village of women that wish to support the empowerment of women and children through the arts, music and movement.

SASSY SEVA SISTERS will have a monthly offering. This month, we collected blankets and old yoga mats to auction off. The money goes to Becky's House (supporting women overcoming abuse). The blankets and mats will go to those that are still seeping on the streets.

So many blankets and mats were donated and SOLD at the Grand Opening of Nature's Whisper Yoga Studio! Thank you to all those who donated and purchased for this offering. We still have 14 blankets & 14 mats to sell at $20 (or more) each. To donate, please click here

When I was about 21 yrs old, my best friend and I decided that we wanted to be the hottest gals on the dance floor so we signed up for the local hip hop classes held by the city parks & rec. Not too soon after the first song began we found ourselves in absolute joy and laughter. Mostly because we were having fun, but also because we kept tripping over each other causing havoc on the other very focused fly girls and boys. Needless to say, we thought it was funny, but the very serious hip hoppers did not.

The teacher gave me a personal visit in the middle of the second song with a not so discreet, unsolicited suggestion that I wear not one, but two sports bras to class in the future. Of course, not taking ourselves too seriously, this was cause for more giggles as I allowed my young perky 36 c's to bounce freely (I actually did have a bra on) In all honesty, it was very funny, but there WAS that place inside of me that shut a little door to my free flowing, dancing self.

We continued to attend class as we were determined to keep up with the brothers in the night clubs. Somewhere into the middle of the session, it was announced that in the following class, Michael Jackson's scouts were coming to class to hopefully pick one of the egotistical, judgmental teacher's favorites for his up and coming new music video. (I say it was for Thriller, Jackie swears it was later than that and insists I stop aging her) Of course we were excited to be in front of a scout, both knowing that we would never be picked. I mean really! we barely got the left and right down, let alone the jump and knee land (or whatever the boobie police called it). At the end of class she approached Jackie and I and recommended that we both be sick the following week. So ok, she wasn't as into our vision of being the hottest on the disco dance floor as we were, we got that, but really? I never attended another dance class again due to another place in my inner dancing deva being sabotaged by her cruel words.

Years later I met and dated this guy that would inevitably embarrass me on the dance floor. He danced so wild and smiled the whole time. He didn't care what others thought and sometimes even smiled off those that pushed him out of their way. When I would refuse to dance with him, it deflated him, understandably. With much conversation and the yogic root opening practices I was so faithfully indulging in, we came to the conclusion that I was shut down in the root and that my dancing was stiff, calculated and pathetic. From that day forward, I did not get taken on dates, he took me on dancing assignments. He would "make" me dance all by myself with my eyes closed in an empty club (we purposefully went to the clubs on the slowest nights for me to exercise the new found energy at the base of my body) Week after week, I found myself much more relaxed and the idea that someone was watching and judging my bouncing boobies soon fell away.

My process of finding the energy in my body never stops. I am constantly finding new ways to experience this overwhelming, inner expression of who I really am. My most recent loves have been burlesque, strip tease and pole dancing. (I haven't made a dime, so get back to my story now!) What I have found through these amazing movements is that there is a whole other side to who I am that exists within my being. In the past I have understood her as my dark side in relating. Not necessarily bad, just not the sweetness and honey that one might think. In the movement of Raw Intuitive Expression, it is more about that inner vixen. The one who today may be sweet and tomorrow may take control. It is about her inner self doing just for her, not for any man, not for any boobie police, simply moving and expressing HER for who she is in THAT moment. She might feel shy tonight or she might want all the attention. She might even need to shed a tear or dance out the days frustration or the memory in her body of a pain leftover from a lover. Whoever she is and however she decides to show up is exactly how and when she is supposed to arrive!

I am very enthusiastic to hold a space for yet another way to open up your body heart and mind in a true raw expression of your most authentic self allowing her to arrive any way she desires!

LADIES, this one is ONLY for you!
Come and enjoy a safe nurturing environment where the lights are low and red, where the velvet and feathers surround you and where your inner vixen shows her true authentic self.

A Journey Toward Opening!

As I took my first walk through this building, the landlord shared with me the history of the space. Built in 1895 by a man that owned a soda fountain hardware store below and lived upstairs. A live/work space from the very first intention!

The walls spoke to me that this building was special. With each unveiling of new areas showed more and more character that would support the vision of me opening this studio. The walls needed to come down and the floors, a solid foundation, just needed a little love and attention, much like walls & foundations in our bodies and life.

We painted the walls with ECO friendly paint just as I would adorn my own
body with organic products.

We refinished the floors by taking off the old layer and laying a shiny new foundation just as I would purify my own body in surya namaskara (sun salutations).

I selected flowers and decor that would attract that special being just like the sparkle in my eye after a powerful pranayama (breathing) practice would draw a lover closer.

I open this space just as I open my heart to you!

Please come and offer to this building all that no longer serves you and allow it to be your
teacher of transforming negative emotions & habits.

Come celebrate with me the opening of our bodies, hearts and minds.
Join me on this journey toward opening to your authentic self!
